Dr. Katie was born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts. She graduated cm laude from Worcester State University in 2008 with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Even though she enjoyed the field of communication sciences, holistic health was always her passion. She decided to pursue other areas of health following graduation. Chiropractic care had significantly changed her life, allowing her to function almost pain free after being diagnosed with severe scoliosis at age 13. Shortly after graduation, she applied to Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Dr. Katie graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in March 2012. During her time at Palmer, she was introduced to Applied Kinesiology. She knew she had found her "niche". After practicing as an associate for over 3 years, she decided to open her own practice. She moved to the Tampa area in January 2016 and has been running her practice within Stillwater Wellness Center in Dunedin. Dr. Katie has been trained in Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Meridian Autonomic Testing (MAT), and Quintessential Applications (QA). She has over 250 hours in Applied Kinesiology training. Dr. Katie is passionate about educating and treating her patients.
