This week, try making that in-between moment intentional and create a mini ritual to help your brain catch up before you dive into mom mode.
Grab a soda from McDonald’s, blast something ridiculous like “Friday” by Rebecca Black, or set a quick affirmation like: Breathe in motherhood. Breathe out work.
Little pauses like that can make all the difference heading into the weekend.
