Just a space to process the clinical work that sticks with you, talk through the overlap of being a therapist + a mom, and use some simple creative prompts to slow things down a bit.

No art experience needed at all; you can show up with whatever you have!

I kept wanting a space to process the parts of clinical work that didn’t fit anywhere else, especially after becoming a mother.

So I created one!

I’m offering a 3-month pilot art-based consultation group for therapists in motherhood to reflect on challenging sessions, burnout, and professional identity through collective art-making.

This space is rooted in the belief that when words get exhausting, art speaks.

This is a professional reflection space, not therapy or supervision, and no art experience is required.

I’m so excited to announce that my virtual art journaling for moms workshop is back this month on January 30th. We’re kicking off the year with gentle intention-setting and meaningful goal reflection, focused on balancing motherhood with the other parts of your life so you can feel more like YOU this year.

You’re welcome to create your vision board in whatever way feels best: using a Canva template provided, a Pinterest collage, or magazines/images you already have to make a physical page in your art journal. No art experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to show up for yourself. As always, kids are welcome in the background or on your lap.

That Friday shift from work brain to mom brain is real. You shut your laptop, get in the car, and suddenly it’s snacks, carline, and chaos, but you're also still thinking about that email you didn't finish sending.

This week, try making that in-between moment intentional and create a mini ritual to help your brain catch up before you dive into mom mode.

Grab a soda from McDonald’s, blast something ridiculous like “Friday” by Rebecca Black, or set a quick affirmation like: Breathe in motherhood. Breathe out work.

Little pauses like that can make all the difference heading into the weekend.
