One of the biggest advantages of telemedicine in my practice is the ability to include caregivers or family members directly in the visit, even if they are in a different location. When everyone hears the same guidance at the same time, there is less confusion and far better follow-through at home.

Beyond the live visit, shared education matters just as much. Giving patients and caregivers access to structured, on-demand trainings means they can revisit key concepts, stay aligned, and actually apply what we discuss. This level of education and reinforcement was not possible in traditional in-office care.

When caregivers are informed, support improves. When support improves, outcomes improve.
