The Studio is a Nordic sauna studio built on the concept of creating a stronger, healthier, more resilient community through the contrast therapy of sauna and cold plunge. Both locations, Dunedin and St. Pete, provide options of open hours, or you can sign up for a class where the staff facilitates your sauna/cold plunge experience. We are grateful for their donation and excited for the person who gets to take this wonderful wellness package home!

Pickled for Parkinsons is happening Saturday, November 1st in Tarpon Springs. Brackets are almost full! Registration closes OCTOBER 24.

St Pete’s newest Sauna+Cold Plunge studio is LIVE!

Located downtown at 2454 Central Ave at the former Solace Sauna Studio, we’ve taken over!
Enjoy private sauna with the option of red light therapy and cold plunge in a chic, relaxed atmosphere for you or up to two friends…for now. Upgrades are underway and we invite you to grow with us like we have in Dunedin!

All questions can be sent by DM for now as the website is being constructed during the change over.

The Studio was built on the belief that connection and community heals. It’s the why behind everything we do. If you missed our newsletter this month, you missed the news that this month we are donating 100% of money generated from guest passes to su***de prevention awareness. September is Su***de Prevention Awareness month, and we felt called to try to do our part. That’s right, bring a friend for $20, and we donate $20 to , a nonprofit focused on the care for veterans. Su***de rates among those that have served for our country are around double than non-veteran adults. Let’s help support these brave men and women!

Life is better with a healthy, supportive community. Let’s build a community together where we all get healthier, feel supported, and grow. Let’s grow that community from here, after all it’s got to start somewhere. We believe that things done out of love have no limits, who knows how many people we can help to change their lives?! We’ll only know if we try…so buddy up this month and let’s do this!!!

Fall in love with our events this month! We have some classics and something NEW this season!

9/13 @ 6pm: Calling all ladies!!! Come get your sauna on and connect with a community of supportive women all about growth! Brittanie won’t let you leave empty handed or hearted!

9/19 @ 7:30pm: Men, where ya at?! We have had a great time with our “Men’s Leadership and Connection Sauna” events the last couple months. Let’s freely discuss the greatest and toughest things about being the leaders we’re called to be! Thought provoking conversation, and centering breath this month to help excel us on the path we’re on!

9/23 @7:15pm: This one has been an idea for a minute, and not going to lie was a little scary to put out there not thinking how it would go over. God has been so good to us and calls us to shine light on our fears so here we go! Join us for our first ever faith based connecting sauna! 3 rounds of sharing testimony and scripture praising God! We’ll pray and take “kom-munion” (share in a kombucha toast to the Lord) afterwards. We’re looking forward to a most beautiful evening together for this one!

Sundays this month get your flow on with for 45 mins and then join in some sauna and cold plunging afterwards! A perfect way to end the week and reset!!!
