rson Air Force Base before moving to Silver Spring Maryland, where she she raised her three sons for 23 years. She completed her education from the University of District of Columbia as a Substance Abuse Counselor, specializing in Crisis Prevention and Dual Diagnosis. Minister Rhonda is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, she was baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire in 2013. She was stationed at New Life Fellowship in Charlotte North Carolina for 11 years under the discipleship of Pastor John P. Kee, served as dedicated Armor Bearer and Flag Bearer to the Church and Church Mother 10 years, Intercessor Ministry, and High Praises Flag Minister. Pastor Kee, recognized and covers her mantle and gift in Healing as a Flag Bearer and Prophetic Minister of Flags to minister to the nations in 2016. She completed training and received her Certificate as a Minister of Flags from the International School of Flag Ministry under the instruction of Apostle Joe Brown from Baltimore Maryland, Founder of Flag Nation Alliance and ISOFM. In 2019 she was assigned to travel to Dunedin Florida where she lived 2 years and was a disciple under Pastor Kathleen Heck at Flowing River Healing Church. She continues in her calling and vocation, traveling around the Carolina Bible to Beltway to unite and partner with Apostles, Pastors, Prophets and Ministers to bring healing and breakthrough into peoples lives.
