Chest and Back with abs

Not going to lie your girl has been on the struggle bus! Since my dental appointment. No pain like tooth pain. I don’t think I’ve been on time in a few weeks, can’t sleep, meds making me sick. Still showing up and putting in the work. There will always be a reason you don’t want to or can’t do a workout. Do it anyway. Working through the pain over here! Getting stronger everyday mentally and physically! Can’t stop won’t stop!

Back and Bi Liift4 with hiit and abs

We picked up those heavy weights today! This is going to sound crazy I know! If you feel like you can’t do anything else go get some weights. Your bored get some weights.Watching series after series go get some weights. You have time you just don’t make time for you. Or you do so you rest. Rest is good but too much rest is a bad thing. You can not lay around all the time and expect to feel good. If you eat like crap you will feel like crap. Start treating your body like a temple. You wouldn’t put sugar in your gas tank. It won’t run… maybe you have too much sugar in you? Maybe that’s why you feel tired and sluggish all the time. Until you eat more sugar and then crash again.. it’s a vicious cycle. It is honestly in everything. Sugar is my down fall for sure. I lived in a house with a candy drawer… to say your girl likes sweets is an understatement. Senior year I survived off of sundrrops and fudge rounds. Those habits did not die easy. I still struggle I still crave sweets I still eat sweets. I do not have a tub of ice cream a day in bed while watching Netflix wishing I felt better though. So baby steps friends. I have been there and it’s not easy to quit the things you love and crave but if the things you love and crave are killing you we have to change something. I have given up a lot to get to where I am. Know better do better. We know the junk food is killing us we know natural foods heal our bodies. So start making some wiser decisions for yourself. No one can make them for you but I will do it with you! You’re not alone!

Week 8 Chest and Back

We have made it to the last week 📣
Stronger mentally and physically!!! Showing up and putting in work each day. I really enjoy lifting there is nothing like pushing thru the pain. When you think you can’t and you do!! It’s an amazing feeling to start with 5lb dumbbells and lift 20’s. It’s time to go up in weight! We are not going for skinny we are going for strong with endurance. We are training for life not summer. Always working on that summer body. Join us and reach goals you didn’t even think were possible. These programs can be done anywhere at anytime. You will love fitting this into your day. It will change your life. You will have more energy. I literally felt like I was drowning in my body and pain before BODI. I was on 40 different meds for my heart and lupus and poor health choices. Now I workout have a healthy diet and take an aspirin. You can change your life. The doctors never helped me until I helped myself. First thing they ask have you tried diet and exercise? No. I did try everything else from diet pills,shots,and every medication I could take. Nothing helped until I helped myslef. You can do it! It is possible!!
When I started I could not do a five minute ab routine I did that same program until I could do the full 30 minutes. It still hurts, it’s still hard we just keep showing up.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable. Y’all know shoulder day is my struggle. Finally doing 20’s on my shoulder presses! Week 7 Leg day

Our days are off and we swapped up on our best day yoga 🧘‍♀️ for leg day! Whew we worked so hard!Triple sets and finished with HIIT and abs! You know just over here working! If you want results you’re going to have to put in some extra time and energy. No one is going to give it to you. You can buy a good figure but you can’t buy strength,work ethic,or health those must be earned. You have to make the investment in your own life if you want to see a change. No matter what we are talking about. You have to be committed to the goal not the instant results. It’s definitely a lifestyle change because you no longer want the things you used to. Those things won’t help you reach uour best self. It’s ok to outgrow bad habits. Focus on your goals and say no to anything and everyone that try to distract you. We are growing mentally and physically in the gym. It’s so much of a mental game. If you think you can’t you won’t if you think you can you will. 🚂 the little engine that could did.

Week 6 of yoga with Chelsie

She has set big goals for us! A 3 minute plank is one of them. Each practice she works them in to increase our strength for the big one! Today she was pep talking us thru one she said to move out of into downward dog to give ourselves a break. What she said was you can move thru the pain into another position. How many times do we get stuck in the pain and forget that we can move thru it. I know I have wasted years being stuck in depression. It’s real and it sneaks in and stays until you decide it has to leave. It’s never left me on its own. I have to make it. I promise it’s not always rainbows and butterflies in my world. I just choose to make the most of each day I’m given. Today I walked in with lots on my plate and left feeling like I could accomplish it all. She encouraged us to push ourselves towards our goals. Whatever it is you’re dreaming of doing believe you will succeed .

The workouts don’t get easier we get stronger! Showing up even when we don’t want to. Putting in work lifting heavy and sweating! It’s warming up down here and so are the workouts! Getting us ready for lava!! Who is ready to see what your body is capable of? Only a few more weeks left! It’s almost time to shred and burn! 🔥 Don’t watch us do another program and wish you could do it! You can do it! Message me and I will help you get started on your health and fitness journey. These workouts are so intense! I love the speed of the 50/50 style lift/hiit we are getting max results with this program! We are pushing ourselves to the limit each day! Flow Day
At the end of practice she told us to get on our heads. So I go into handstand and fall, it happens so I readjust and do it again. When we were relaxing I was thinking about the song 🎶
When I get knocked down I get up again, never gonna keep me down! I get up again! We don’t quit when it gets hard and we don’t want to do it anymore. That’s when we dig deeper, push harder and show ourselves just how strong we are. Maybe today you can only do one set, one pose,one stretch whatever it’s for you that you know you need to do. Just do it. It’s not going to get any easier you just get stronger, more disciplined, more determined.

We finished last week off with shoulder and leg day. I did come off the island 🏝️ each day to workout with my girls. I did not post though took a little break. Started today off strong with a killer chest and tri workout! These ladies are putting some serious work in! You can see the results. Hard work works! Back and Bi

Showing up and showing out today! These guys crushed this workout today! I’ve never done an easy Bodi workout. This is the 3 or 4 time I’ve done this program and it is still tough. When I started I could only do 5’s now I’m up to 20’s. So it doesn’t get easier you just get stronger.
Keep pushing yourself!
Tomorrow we have a yoga flow with Chelsie Hamrick and we can’t wait! She is so sweet to us and our sore muscles!
