Tif came to see us with a tailbone injury from 2022 & a goal: to feel strong, supported, & prepared before giving birth in 2025.

Throughout her pregnancy, we focused on restoring motion, reducing tension, and helping her body adapt to the rapid changes happening every week.

Not only did chiropractic help her stay more comfortable during pregnancy, it made a difference postpartum as her body healed, shifted, and settled into a new chapter.
