Been seeing a lot of anxiety in people lately (including myself)
Anxiety that is not dealt with can have deteriorating effects on our body and quality of life.
When we notice that we don't feel 100%, don't just wait until its over.
USE YOUR TOOLS to get you back to normal quicker.
My favorite tools to rid anxiety
1. Playing outside
2. Wim Hof Breathwork
3. Journaling whats on my mind
4. talking to others about what you are feeling (because they are probably feeling something simiilar)
