Exercise improves your cardiovascular strength and stamina, it can help you lose and maintain weight but it also has a powerful impact on:

- mood and brain function
- immune function
- hormone balance and blood sugar regulation
- gut function and elimination

You don’t need to spend tons of money on gyms or equipment. There are plenty of options from walking to body weight training to chooses from at every level. Make it simple, make it fun, and slowly look for ways to fit it in to your schedule.

Taking steps to create exercise habits is important to achieving and maintaining health. Start small and increase at your own pace until it becomes an integral part of your daily routine.
