A long day at work. What’s in your lunch bag?
Here’s mine:
- Hard boiled eggs 🥚 with Celtic salt, garlic powder, paprika, drizzled with avocado oil
- Unsweetened coconut 🥥 yogurt, walnuts, blueberries 🫐 and strawberries 🍓
- Ground pasture raised meat with veggies (carrots🥕 cauliflower, 🧅 onions, spinach)
