Today is the 6th Birthday/Anniversary of my passion/mission work business, Awaken To Healing !!! 🥳🥰💜🔥💥🌈🌟🍰🎂

6 years ago today I was a single mom living in the expensive San Francisco Bay Area with my teenage daughter. I had been so inspired by the Abraham Hicks Caribbean Cruise I had attended a few months before, and all the amazing people I met, that I knew it was time. Time to quit my 9 to 5 job in a windowless grey office staring at a computer. Time to pursue my dream of working with people to assist them on their journey of healing and empowerment. I have never looked back and not a day goes by that I'm not grateful for creating this life and work where I get to do what I love to do and help people in this way.
If you have a burning passionate flame in you to do meaningful work that you know you are meant to do, go for it!! Trust in the divine plan! Take that leap of trust! Know that you are always provided for.

About Cybele

I became interested in alternative healing and esoteric/metaphysical practices in my early 20’s. I loved learning about herbalism, crystals, astrology, homeopathy and energy healing. In 2001 I decided to enroll in a wonderful healing arts school in Santa Cruz, where I was living at the time. It was at this time that I received my first and second degree Reiki Certification, along with my Essential Oil Practitioner Certificate. I was working at an Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine college at the time, and loving being immersed in a culture of alternative and holistic therapies.

It was during this time that I discovered a dream I had of having a private practice that would combine all the knowledge and wisdom that I began learning way back then, and have continued to learn over the course of my life.

But I had to have some life experiences first :)

I got married, had a wonderful daughter, moved from California to the midwest for a while, and found myself working for many years in a traditional western medical diagnostic clinic. I could see first hand all the patients coming in who were sick with a variety of diseases and diagnoses. They were treated with pharmaceutical drugs, surgery and other techniques that look at different parts of the body as separate from one another. I can appreciate western medicine in certain situations but from all of my previous studies I knew there were so many things people could do on their own to facilitate healing in their entire body. It saddened me to see so much illness, knowing that the patients didn’t know any better, and hadn’t been educated on how to truly care for themselves.
