Thank you to Heart to Heart Hospice for coming in and providing an insightful dementia training for our team!

Through interactive exercises, we were able to step into the shoes of individuals living with dementia and better understand the daily challenges they face. It was truly a valuable and eye-opening experience for all staff members.

🎉 Happy National Skilled Nursing Care Week! 🎉

This week, we’re celebrating what truly makes The Waters so special — our incredible staff and amazing residents 💙

From the care and compassion to the laughter and fun, it’s the people here who make this the BEST place to be!

Day 2 Hobby Day, was dress as a personal passion that has bloomed overtime. Special thanks to Christy (Southern Care) and Gary (Centerwell) for providing us with refreshing floats! Day 3 was “roots & heritage” where we dress from the decade we were born. Afton & Tasha rocked this day with their looks from the 80’s! Our residents enjoyed Dutch apple pie & vanilla ice cream for national apple pie day. For staff, we had a big salad bar and a generous family donated fruit trays and a slider tray!
