In honor of National Blood Donor Month, we are proud to highlight Carroll Nalepa, Director of Laboratory Services at Brooks-TLC Hospital. Carroll has been part of the Brooks-TLC team for more than 35 years, all in the lab, and has served as director since 2015. As a long-time blood donor herself, she understands firsthand how critical blood donation is to patient care and why it matters so much to our community.
