As the ADON, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations, support and mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and help drive quality improvement initiatives. REQUIREMENTS:
▪️ Registered Nurse (RN) license
▪️ Minimum 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience – preferred
▪️ Previous leadership or supervisory experience – preferred
▪️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
▪️ Knowledge of DOH regulations and best practices in geriatric care

• Maintain compliance with infection control and regulatory standards
