This week, The Chautauqua Center wished one of our Forestville Physician Assistants a happy retirement! 🎉

Nancy Lance, PA-C, has been seeing her patients for over 30 years! She practiced at TLC Health Network starting in 1988 and transferred to The Chautauqua Center's Forestville location in June of 2023. Nancy earned her bachelor’s degree as a physician’s assistant at Gannon University in Erie, PA, graduating cm laude in 1980.

We wish Nancy the absolute best, and thank her for all that she has done for us and our patients at TCC. Thank you, Nancy! ⭐

TCC is advocating for you and your health center!

Last month, members of The Chautauqua Center's leadership team went to Washington, DC to meet with the offices of U.S. Representatives Timothy Kennedy and Nick Langworthy.

Alongside other leaders from healthcare centers across the nation, TCC's team met with lawmakers to continue advocating for the funding that allows facilities like The Chautauqua Center to continue giving YOU the high-quality care that we strive for.

Attention Pharmacy Delivery Patients:

The Waterfront Pharmacy is dedicated to providing prescription delivery services to our patients with limited mobility and limited transportation to help promote medication adherence and overall wellness.

During the winter months when the travel conditions are often unpredictable, we ask for your patience and understanding of the following:

- If the road conditions are unsafe for our drivers, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule your delivery.
- Please ensure the pharmacy team has your most current contact information.
- Please attempt to consolidate deliveries to reduce the number of trips for our drivers.

Founded in 2013, the Chautauqua Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center and has been recognized as a leader in the provision of health care services in both Dunkirk and Jamestown. In 2017, The Chautauqua Center proudly achieved the designation of a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), reflecting its excellent track record of providing advanced primary care by taking the extra step for patients and those in the community. As a PCMH, the Center serves as a one stop shop that offers a large variety of services under one roof. This allows for improved communication among providers, streamlined services and greater access to care.

If you have questions about your health, or would like to speak with a specialist in the fields of primary care, behavioral health, pediatrics, substance abuse, dental, care coordination, pharmacy or nutrition, consider contacting The Chautauqua Center to become your health & wellness provider. With four sites located in Dunkirk and Jamestown, the Center offers a wide array of services as well as a sliding fee scale and assistance with insurance enrollment.
