We are currently in a weather delay at the pool. With it raining like it is now we can not see the bottom of the pool, and cannot safely let kids swim! We are currently watching radar and the weather so hopefully it will let up and we can open back up. We will post again later to let everyone know! Sorry for the inconvenience, but we want to maintain a safe experience for both our swimmers and our guards!

We will be opening for the season tomorrow with open swim from 1-5 pm and adult swim from 5-6 pm.!

Pool Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday = 1-5 open swim, 5-6 adult swim, 6-8:30 open swim
Tuesday & Thursday =
1-5 open swim, 5-6 adult swim
Saturdays = 1-5, 6-8:30 open swims
Sundays = 1-5 open swim

Morning adult swim from 8-9 am will begin Monday, June 1st! Cost is $2.00 per session without a pool pass. This is a great way to start your day!

Dunlap Community Swimming Pool

🚧 Pool Opening Delayed 🚧
The Dunlap Pool opening for the season will be delayed until Thursday, May 28th due to a minor mechanical repair while we wait on a part.

We appreciate your patience as we make sure everything is ready for a safe and enjoyable summer! If the opening date changes (earlier or later), we will share updates as soon as possible.

Opening day is getting closer!! The pool house has been power washed and cleaned and ready for final preps to open in 2 weeks, May 23rd!!!! (Weather pending)

Pool time is almost here!!

Woohoo! -- more signs of summer on the horizon! Our beautiful shade structures have been reinstalled for the season.

Thank you City of Dunlap, Iowa for all you do to get the Dunlap Community Swimming Pool ready to go!

I know it seems early to talk about swimming, but summer will be here before we know it! We wanted to notify our patrons that there will be a change in pool hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This will be our new hours of operation starting this summer.

Monday:
1-5 pm open swim
5-6 pm adult swim
6-8:30 pm open swim

Tuesday:
1-5 pm open swim
5-6 pm adult swim
-no evening swim

Wednesday:
1-5 pm open swim
5-6 pm adult swim
6-8:30 pm open swim

Thursday:
1-5 pm open swim
5-6 pm adult swim
-no evening swim

Friday:
1-5 pm open swim
5-6 pm adult swim
6-8:30 pm open swim
