Hello everyone! We want to try something we don’t normally do and bring this story to you straight from the farmer’s mouth. Brown Dirt Farm is taking a sabbatical. We will not be attending markets this year. Instead, we are selling all of our equipment and moving to Colorado. Our farm lease expires this July, and we have decided not to renew it. As the tradition of the word implies, we will be taking a period of leave from our farming endeavors to study and travel. As young ambitious farmers, we feel there is much we can learn in this world and it seems as good a time as any to follow a dream. It is our sincere hope that you manifest your dreams into your reality, that perhaps from seeing what dreams we made real through Brown Dirt Farm, you may be inspired to do something you really want, maybe start a garden, or who knows, the possibilities are endless. For us, we are most thankful for your support and enthusiasm. To all our customers, we are grateful for your continued support in helping us to create our dream of Brown Dirt Farm. Without the help of you who shop locally, and demand local, we would never have made it this far, thank you. Just so you know, this is not a goodbye, just an announcement that we are changing things up. Please continue to follow Brown Dirt Farm as we continue to share our adventures coming soon.
