Day 2 of the yoga challenge: resilience 🐈‍⬛🐈

Resilience is the quiet strength to keep opening, even when it feels easier to close.

In camel pose, I’m reminded that resilience is rooted and steady, but also soft and expansive. My cats bring their own version of resilience too—always showing up, curious and present, no matter what.
