Heart failure is a complex condition often requiring many medical visits and unfortunately hospital visits. Symptoms may include weight gain, swelling in the lower extremities, shortness of breath, coughing, and fatigue. For our current patients who have heart failure or for patients that want to be screened for heart failure, we now have an option to monitor your status at home for several weeks to determine your heart's status and to aid with medication adjustments and to identify worsening heart failure.
