It has been a frigid winter over here, even getting into the 20s. Regardless, the solar activity has been extremely high, and the opportunities to release and transmute are potent. Starting things back up slowly, with some breathwork and crown chakra activation mudra yoga. In between the business calls, farming, renovating, designing hotel networks and working on network engineering projects, stillness and presence are everything. Moving faster does not get you success, moving with precision and intention make all the difference. Slow the mind and become unstoppable.
