Moments captured from our Spring Equinox Ceremony on the 21st…

This one was different, we journeyed with the support of a neurographic drawing practice and sound healing.
We worked with these tools to support new neural pathways in this season of new. 🌷

These ceremonies are becoming the pulse for us to sync into seasonal rhythm, just as we are intended to do.

Happy Winter Solstice! If you missed our Solstice ceremony on Friday, I wanted to share a gift with you! Last week I led a virtual session on honoring this season with a group of Doulas and you can tune into it here. :)

Feeling so grateful from all the support for the official Ribbon Cutting Celebration for HeartBloom!

Stewarding this space has felt like the biggest gift and to be able to share my essence through it and have it be received is just… 🥹

My dream is for this to be a place where people can tap into their true essence. To really feel it in their bodies.
These practices, tools, allies, and more have given me that and it is why I love to share them. 💖

I often find it hard to describe what we’re doing here.

Yoga is a loaded word with a lot of preconceived ideas, but my favorite thing has been for people to try it out with us and then describe it themselves. ♥️

From the beginning, I’ve wanted this space to be about MOVING energy.

We are more powerful than we know and we can change our state through the awareness and stewardship of our own breath, body, and energy.
In this place, we touch the power of our agency and our creativity.

Come try it out. It’s seriously the best when we’re all dropped into a collective breath. ❤️‍🔥
