The is client reach out to my practice after have a couple of surgeries out of state with an extremely disappointing result leading to loss in confidence.
Problems:
Poor healing (Hypertrophic scarring)
Nipple-Areola Complexes (NACs) are TOO High!
Bottomed-Out Breasts (too much skin/breast beneath the NACs)

Plan:
Together we decided to keep her original implants
Scar Revision
Lowering the NACs
Reinforcing the lower breast creases
Correction of "Bottom-out" breasts

The "After" image is her result at One week. Well on her way to a much better result.
