I graduated in 2014 and just kept going. Building, learning, and growing. Through becoming a mom, opening my own practice, and pushing through one of the toughest seasons, I never stopped.

I am beyond honored to be recognized once again as one of Atlanta Magazine’s Top Chiropractors—first in 2018, and now in 2025. But this time, it holds an even deeper meaning… because this year marks ten years of being a Doctor of Chiropractic.

This journey has been anything but easy. Chiropractic is a profession that has existed for over a century, yet even ten years ago, it was still widely misunderstood. And as an Indian woman entering this field, I was stepping into an even smaller minority. But I didn’t choose chiropractic because it was easy—I chose it because I believed in it.

My undergraduate studies in Neuroscience opened my eyes to the power of the nervous system, but chiropractic care made me feel it. It showed me firsthand how profoundly the body can heal when the nervous system is free to do what it was designed to do.

And that healing? It still humbles me every single day.

I have witnessed miracles—patients who had lost hope regain their health, their movement, their lives. I have seen the nervous system do what no pill, no surgery, no external force could ever do. And every time, I am reminded: The power that made the body heals the body.

I love what I do. I love helping people. And I am so grateful that this doesn’t feel like work—it feels like purpose.

But none of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of those who stood beside me when the road was unclear. To my family, my friends, my patients, and my community—thank you. I carry this honor because of you, and I will continue working hard to make you proud.

Here’s to ten years… and to many more ahead.
