Spring’s energy is expansive and exciting, but without balance, it can lead to burnout and overwhelm. The truth is, just like flowers need water and nourishment, your energy needs rest and replenishment to truly flourish.

Here’s How to Stay in Flow

This month, we’re focusing on sustaining your energy, setting healthy boundaries, and honoring discernment so you can thrive long-term.

1. Sustain Your Energy:
Prioritize self care: Schedule regular breaks throughout your day to re-charge spiritually, mentally and physically.

Practice mindfulness; Incorporate short meditation sessions or deep-breathing exercises to maintain focus and clarity mentally.

2. Setting Healthy Boundaries:
Learn to say no: Protect your time and energy by declining tasks or commitments that no longer serves you or align well with your goals.

Communicate clearly: Establish expectations with colleagues, friends and loved ones to foster mutual respect and inner-standing.

3. Honoring Discernment:
Trust your intuition: Exercise your inner-knowing by taking the time to reflect on your feelings and instincts when making decisions.
