Wearing contact lenses? A few simple habits can make a big difference in your comfort, safety, and eye health.

🧼 Clean Properly
Always wash and dry your hands before handling lenses. Use fresh contact lens solution—never water—to clean and rinse.

🫙 Store Safely
Keep your lenses in a clean case filled with fresh solution each time. Don’t “top off” old solution, and replace your case every 1–3 months.

📅 Replace as Directed
Follow your recommended replacement schedule—daily, bi-weekly, or monthly. Overwearing lenses can lead to irritation and infection.

😴 Bonus Tip: Avoid sleeping in contacts unless prescribed!
