PASTA ALTERNATIVE = Spaghetti Squash ๐Ÿคค

is only 42 calories and 10 carbs in one cup compared to 221 calories and 43 carbs in 1 cup of โ€œrealโ€ spaghetti noodles. Plus, there's more and other ! ๐Ÿคฏ

Make Spaghetti Squash Pasta:
1๏ธโƒฃ Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and ribbing.
2๏ธโƒฃ Drizzle the inside of the squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3๏ธโƒฃ Place the spaghetti squash cut side down on the baking sheet and use a fork to poke holes.
4๏ธโƒฃ Roast for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on the outside (time will vary depending on the size of your squash)
5๏ธโƒฃ Use a spoon or fork to gently scrape the insides.
