This does not necessarily mean you do not have benefits with your preferred dentist that you already have a long-standing relationship with. Good morning 🌞!! Just a reminder that we have gone OUT OF NETWORK with some dental insurance companies. If you have questions how this affects you, do not hesitate to call Carmen. Delta Dental of course being the big one. Our patients that have chosen to stay with have reported back to me that they are getting their reimbursement checks in the mail in a timely fashion and one patient reported it was 100% of what they paid us. IF YOU ARE CHOOSING TO GO TO AN IN NETWORK PROVIDER WE UNDERSTAND.

IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED WE ARE ASSUMING YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO CONTINUE TO STAY WITH US. IF NOT PLEASE CALL TO CANCEL THIS APPOINTMENT.

I WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY REMOVE YOU FROM THE SCHEDULE!

To all of our patients that has Essence!! Essence now has a PPO plan that you can go in or out of Network with. Also Essence isn't telling you that you can upgrade your plan beyond a preventive only option with a max up to $5000. Call your plan today!! This means you may have benefits with us!!

Good afternoon patients and friends. It has been awhile since we posted on our page so with the transition of seasons I though we would announce some changes here at our office as well. Some of you know Jenni our hygienist left us earlier this year to be closer to home and her family. Judy is successfully seeing as many of our hygiene patients that she can, so please be patient when scheduling for your dental cleaning appointments. Because of this we are currently taking new patients on a limited basis. We are still looking for the right hygienist to join our team. In addition, we will be making some modifications with our in-network status with a few dental insurance companies beginning March 1st as well. Some of these companies include Delta Dental and Cigna. If these apply to you feel free to call our office and inquire how this may affect you and your family. Thank you for being loyal and thank you for your patience.
