Home Health Agency CMHC was founded in 1995 and has provided the highest quality of care to every patient, while respecting their rights and confidentiality.

Our services include highly skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social services, and home health aide services. By giving extra attention to our patients and their caregivers, we make all efforts to ensure that our patients are empowered to be proactive in their care and that hospitalizations are reduced.
