Medina Nursing and Rehab Providing award winning care to patients in a warm, home-like environment. We offer short term rehabilitation, long term care, respite and hospice care.

Now offering outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy in our newly remodeled clinic! Overlooking a park and with views of the surrounding countryside, Medina Nursing Center has been part of the charming community of Durand since 1965. In addition to the excellent care that Medina provides to those needing short term rehabilitation and long-term care, Medina also offers outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Medina is contracted with most insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, and can accept VA Benefits for those who qualify.
