For any woman in the Durand, WI area 👋🏼

This is for any woman who’s having issues with the following:

1) Leaking.
2) Pain with insertion of tampon/intimacy.
3) Squeezing your glutes/thighs when you sneeze/cough so you don’t p*e yourself.
4) Have had vaginal or C-sectional delivery and have not felt like yourself since.

Exercising and p*eing yourself likely isn’t on your bucket list.

Being a new, or old, mom does not equate to you p*eing your pants for the rest of your life.

Losing the connection with your spouse because the underlying issue has something to do with your pelvic floor, likely isn’t what you want for your relationship.

No judgement.

I will never experience what you go through as a woman, so I can’t relate to you.

I do promise, I’ll do the best I can to educate on how you can help yourself!

After a couple months of coordinating the logistics, Maisie and I are pumped to announce this event.

This is for any woman who’s having issues with the following:

Leaking when you cough, sneeze or laugh.

Painful s*x.

Not being able to play with your kids, or pick up objects heavier than 35 lbs, due to the worry of p*eing your pants.

All of these scenarios suck.

And if any of the above are true, you may be embarrassed and hold back on activities you’d love to do, but don’t because you become self conscious after p*eing yourself.

Being a mom does not equate to you p*eing your pants for the rest of your life.

Not being able to enjoy yourself in the bedroom because it hurts, either with yourself or with a partner, is not something you need to experienxce the rest of your life.

The holidays can be a blend of joy and challenges. We hope you prioritize time to “fill your cup” before pouring into those around you. Here are some ways to replenish and nurture yourself:

• Carve out intentional moments for self-reflection, even if it’s just one minute. A brief pause can create meaningful clarity.
• Celebrate your victories by listing your achievements—redefine “small” and “big” wins as steps toward growth.
• Extend gratitude inward, offering yourself the same kindness you so freely give to others.
• Engage in deep breathing or mindfulness practices to recenter and ground yourself.
• Immerse yourself in nature, whether it’s a short walk or simply stepping outside for fresh air.
• Spark creativity through journaling, painting, or cooking, allowing your mind to flow freely.
• Reconnect with a loved one, sharing a heartfelt conversation that feeds your soul.
