Attention, ladies of a certain age!
As you know, perimenopause brings a variety of physical, energetic, mental, and emotional symptoms that make everyday life challenging and uncomfortable.
I, too, struggled with bizarre and rapid changes in my body that made me feel "not like myself". ๐
From the yogic perspective, menopause is a natural process, not a disease or condition, and it should be treated as such. Therapies for menopause are lacking, but fortunately, I've learned some ancient yogic practices that have eased my symptoms and helped me to feel more like myself again. ๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ
I'd love to share what I've learned and experienced with you! Ladies of Durango, I invite you to attend an upcoming monthly workshop series called Menopause Yoga.
We'll practice yogic techniques that address many of the common symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, mood swings, fatigue, joint pain and stiffness, digestive disharmony, bloating/gas, and more.
This series is appropriate for those in perimenopause or post-menopause who are seeking relief in a supportive, nourishing environment.
