Ryan Mezza is a student-athlete up at the fort. We are delighted to work with him in rehabbing a knee injury. Last season he took a low hit that hyperextended his knee so during his off-season we're building up his knee joint integrity by using blood flow restriction. Coupled with some flexibility work, Ryan will be more explosive than ever next season 🏈
