most of my 2022 was spent doing interviews, analysis, and writing my dissertation on THIS topic π

ππ» specifically, in the context of healing from disordered eating
β¦and to be honest, i was pretty surprised and blown away by some of the results.
π what my research showed is that you CAN heal & build a healthy relationship with food while maintaining your plant-based lifestyleβ¦
and that doing so can actually SUPPORT you in building long-term recovery & thriving mental wellness ππ»β¨
*the key is to use your plant-based values as a window into getting to know who you are & what is meaningful to you.
