Jaclyn Rebekah Roberts offers an integrative yoga practice that focuses on moving to your breath and body. Her classes offer a perfect balance between effort and ease, with a focus on injury prevention and alignment. She custom tailors the classes to meet the needs of the students, while holding a safe, non-judgemental, loving space. She encourages students to move from within at their own pace, and to their own breath, cultivating healing energy. She received her 200 HR RYT training from Gioconda Yoga in the Iyengar Vinyasa style and has completed her 500 HR E-RYT training at YogaYoga with various National Teachers and YogaYoga staff. Her biggest influences have been Sharon Moon, Gioconda, Jenn Wooten, Angie Knight, Rachel Hector and Leslie Kaminoff. She teaches both group classes and private lessons, as well as offers reiki and health coach sessions. She specializes in working with clients with auto-immune thyroid disease or any chronic illness. She strives to bring students back to balance with an emphasis on overall health and wellness.

It's been a minute! Life has been crazy hard in Asheville, NC. I'm still trying to recover and understand how to feel during one of the biggest geological events since biblical times! My animals and me are safe and settled into a new apartment.

I'm super excited to be launching my 3 Part Mini Video Series to help you balance your hormones naturally without giving up caffeine!

✨ Struggling with Low Energy During Perimenopause? You're Not Alone! ✨
Perimenopause is a time of major hormonal changes, and it's common for women to experience fluctuating energy levels. From feeling sluggish in the morning to hitting an afternoon slump, the fatigue can be real! 😴

But don’t worry, there are ways to manage and boost your energy naturally during this phase. 💪🌱

🔋 Here are a few tips to help keep your energy up:

Eat balanced meals: Aim for whole foods that combine protein, healthy fats, and fiber to fuel your body throughout the day. Think leafy greens, nuts, and lean proteins! 🥗🥑
Stay hydrated: Dehydration can make fatigue worse—make sure you're drinking enough water! 💧
Move your body: Regular exercise (even a daily walk) can work wonders for boosting energy and improving mood. 🚶‍♀️💃
Sleep hygiene matters: Perimenopause can disrupt sleep, but try sticking to a regular sleep schedule and creating a calming nighttime routine. 🛏️💤
Take it slow: Listen to your body—don’t overdo it. Rest and self-care are just as important as staying active! 🌸🧘‍♀️
Remember, you’re not alone in this journey. It’s okay to have days where you feel drained, but there are ways to reclaim your energy and feel more like yourself again. 💕
