“Jennifer you have changed my life. Although it’s only been a few days since we had our session I don’t think that’s an exaggeration. Right after the session I felt more relaxed, intrigued by things you had felt, and a few hours later I felt absolutely amazing ! Like after a trip to the Scandinavian spa where I’ve been in the hot pools for hours and then a relaxation massage. Probably even better than that as I felt such a deep relaxation in my body as well as inside. I felt lighter and calmer .
As a few days have passed I have noticed some remarkable things, I no longer feel a sense of dread about what might happen in the future. I feel calm deep into my center and my inner monologue has quieted down. When you spoke of Boundaries I could feel almost a tingle go through me as I had recently set very firm boundaries with my adult daughter.
You mentioned working on my stomach and digestive tract and also on my pituitary although I had not mentioned to you that I have recently been working on my gut health and that I have a cyst on my pituitary. All of these things you are telling me was validating the connection you are having with me and my spirit guides.
You said that I have been getting many signs and that I was ignoring or questioning them and then proceeded to mention the things that had been coming to me. Many times of the past 3 years I had been asking for signs and then questioning them when they came. The day before I saw a video of an older women talking about needing to take “ should “ out of your vocabulary and than you said that exact thing to me.
You told me of the past life negative loop I was in with my daughter and worked to break that . I had recently seen a few videos on past lives and the loops and was questioning could this be a thing with me.
You said the bonds were broken now and also put a protective container around my family. I could feel the shift in my daughter also the same evening and for the last few days we have had wonderful discussions without the underlying tension that existed for the last 19 years. I feel a calm in her I haven’t seen since she was a small child. We have always loved each other very much but there was a tension there that would flare up that feels like it has evaporated.
You have given me the greatest gift of my life, for me and my family and words cannot fully express my gratitude to you. So typically I’m not one to be vulnerable and ask for help but 2023 has been challenging for me in many ways. People close to me know I lost my Mama and my uncle James. But also I have gone through my own health challenges with extreme exhaustion as well as financial difficulties. I teach yoga, the Puppy and Kitten yoga classes (LOVE!!) and I also have a Healing Practice working with clients.

For the past 5 months I have been working 7 days a week to make ends meet. Unfortunately it has not been enough. Currently, I am facing eviction though because I have been unable to pay my rent for the past 2 months. The hearing is on Tuesday and a part of me feels I can still make it work. Happy Wednesday, Friends!

These past few days have been extremely intense as we all dive deep into facing some our deepest wounds and triggers.

I have found myself deep in my own healing journey. And have taken each day to sit in stillness with Source and my Guides for Support.
Here are a couple of excerpts from Channeled writing I have been doing:

Regarding appetite:
“Right now nothing satitates you because you look outside yourself for a source of nourishment. The nourishment comes from within. No thing outside of you will provide you what you seek. When you feel that lack of satiety, go within. Search within yourself for what nourishes you. The sweetness and the desires will return. They are not lost forever but you have got to face the Truth that what you seek is already within you. Humans can go without food and even water to a point as long as you are able to tap into the wellspring of the Self. That is where all is provided.”

Regarding relationships:
“It is something that is in the back of your mind that you want to ask about but you feel it’s trivial. Yet it takes up space in your mind. You are desiring connection with another as is everyone on the planet right now. Even if they are in relationship, a majority of humans are experiencing this desire to be with another. They could be lying in bed beside their partner and the whole time they lay there, they are thinking “why do I feel so alone?” Who is this person beside me? Who am I? What am I doing here? “Here” meaning on the planet'. So many are experiencing this and yet most also hide what they are feeling, especially those in relationships because they do not want to disturb what is or “rock the boat”, as you say, with another."

Happy Saturday Friends!

Retrograde season is among us and we are definitely feeling it! You may be feeling frustrated because on the one hand we are getting the message that “it’s time to do what you came here to do”. And yet, at the same time feeling lost and unable to move forward.

We are being cleansed of things that have been suppressed in our psyches. It’s those things we have been running from for so long. They are the places and spaces where we don’t feel worthy of being loved and cared for in this world. Where we don’t feel received or honored or CONNECTED.

Retrograde season is a much needed pause in order to journey into our subconscious. It feels dark, scary and stuck. It could feel like we’re stuck in the wrong timeline.

What this is showing us is where we are settling. We’re having to face the changes that need to happen in order to fully harmonize into a new reality and timeline. False parts of ourselves are beginning to disintegrate. We are shedding untruths in order to become our Authentic Self.

There is light at the end of the tunnel in all of this! The light and beauty of what is being uncovered is more luminous and powerful than you can imagine. We are coming into our True Power; Divine Love embodied.

Yes, it feels messy, chaotic and at times like wanting to give up. Don’t give up. Pause. Take a break and do something that lights you up. Call a friend. Go love on a beloved pet. Go for a walk in nature. Take a nap. Do whatever you feel will nourish you in the moment. And remember to love and accept yourself exactly as you are.

You are doing amazing! You are exactly where you need to be. And I am proud of you!

I have always loved reading, learning and expanding my mind. Lately I have been more intentional with all of my actions but especially what I ingest and digest. This ranges from what I watch, read, listen to, eat, etc.

I was guided to this book The Witch of Portobello before I left Austin and in a span of just a few days it has shifted me in such a profound way. I see why it found it’s way to me💖
