Meet our massage therapists! This month we are featuring Crisandrale Darby.
Crisandrale specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, and prenatal massage, as well as helping people who suffer from chronic pain or are looking for stress relief.

Her passion for massage came at a very young age when she witnessed people healing themselves with massage. Seeing this sparked an enthusiasm inside her for massage that she has nurtured throughout her life since then!

Having studied at Infinite Healing Institute of Massage Therapy, she graduated in August 2025 and started her professional practice in September.

Some of her passions outside of work are hiking, camping, mountain biking, rock climbing, and playing outdoors with her family.

Meet our massage therapists! Victor Ruggiero is our featured therapist this week! Victor is keen on aiding people in enjoying the gifts of nature through physical activity as well as assisting them with their goals during a session. Victor specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, Swedish, Cupping and Myofascial. He is a 2013 graduate of the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy where he then worked as an assistant instructor. As a student Victor completed the advanced course with 850 accredited hours. He adds to his education yearly through online and or hands-on courses to bring advanced techniques to his practice. Victor is an active member in the Durango Running Club and competitive ultra marathoner, but gets the most delight out of cheering on his daughter in her running endeavors. Victor wants you to enjoy the outdoors daily and is here to help you perform at your highest level and achieve your goals through massage. MEET OUR MASSAGE THERAPISTS! this week we are featuring Sadie Lewis! 🪬 Sadie was born and raised in Cortez, Colorado, received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Colorado State University in 2016 and completed her massage therapy certificate at Boulder Massage Therapy Institute. Sadie’s first introduction to body work was through a 200hr yoga teacher training, and Reiki I and II certifications. Prior to becoming a bodyworker, she lived and worked on Catalina Island in California as an environmental educator teaching sustainability, composting, gardening, and ocean ecology.

Sadie is passionate about supporting each client on their unique healing journeys and teaching them how they can take an active role in their healing through self massage, self care, and yoga/meditation practices. Her approach to massage therapy is equal parts relaxing and therapeutic, addressing both physical and energetic blockages through a variety of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial release, hot stones, cupping, reflexology, and energetic healing. Sadie also learned pre-natal massage techniques from Michele Kolakowski who helped write the third edition of Pre- and Perinatal Massage Therapy. Through this training, she applies safe prenatal massage techniques in side lying and semi-reclined positions. She is currently pursuing further training in Abdominal Massage through the Arvigo lineage started by Rosita Arvigo to better provide for women’s needs in the community.

When not providing massage, Sadie is often researching her latest obsession (often related to nature or bodywork), reading, creating art, writing, playing music, hanging out with her cat and dog, or enjoying the outdoors. To book a session with Sadie please call us at 970-247-3939
