Looking for postpartum support? Meeting outside in a park on Thursday evenings 😊

Good news! We're continuing the Postpartum Support Group! We will continue to meet on Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30pm at Folsom Park in Durango, Colorado. Come sit under the trees with your baby and connect with other moms in an environment of authenticity and compassion. Open to all moms with non-walking babies! We discuss things like:
Sleep issues
Body image after pregnancy
Sense of self postpartum
Food introduction and breastfeeding
Pelvic floor rehabilitation
Emotional health
Nutrition
And many more topics!!!

I highly recommend this childbirth education class for anyone who desires natural childbirth!

Hey Facebook friends! Do you know anyone looking for Childbirth Education classes? Annie at Newflower Midwifery and I will be offering a natural childbirth class starting in January!! We cover many topics including:
* How to protect your natural birth process
* How to create a birth plan
* How to address fears and concerns around birth
* Interventions and how/when to embrace them
* Newborn care and procedures offered
* The fourth trimester and postpartum healing
