The other day I had a conversation with my teenage son about anger. He told me he thought he wasn’t allowed to be angry and was trying to hold his anger in. This caused more problems for himself and everyone around him. I shared the idea that emotions are like farts with my son. We had a good laugh and he might have learned something in the process.
