Join Lynn today for a sweet Yin practice and feel the love in your@mind & body.
10:15-11:30

Yin Yoga is a passive form of asana practice designed to access the deeper layers of connective tissues in the body. This practice consists mainly of seated and reclined postures held between 2 and 5 minutes with an emphasis on muscle relaxation. Counter poses and gentle movements are also infused throughout the practice. Some of the many benefits of yin yoga include increased flexibility, joint lubrication, release of fascial tissue, energy regulation, reduced stress, and relaxation.

Come hop on our bus, where we care about mooring you home, where we invite you to explore in new and different ways with other wonderful humans. Everyone is welcome. January’s lofty updrafts come and go, but where do we want the sum of each day to lead us?
Come practice with us, take a class or sign up for an offering/workshop that you typically wouldn’t. Bring someone new to the studio, schedule a yoga date with your friend, co-worker or partner. Bring your favorite box of tea or flowers to Yogadurango, our space loves to be adorned, fed, and sustained, it has been our temple for nearly 20 years and our collective engagement and presence speaks volumes.
We hope you continue to find home at Yogadurango in February and beyond, we are here to hold growth in a medium of safe discomfort, novel learning, tested and reflected through reimagining human synergism.

“Come check out the Men’s yoga class at Yogadurango if you’ve been thinking “I’m way too stiff for yoga”, or felt that some extra mobility would help out with your other activities. The focus is on functional and accessible movement. There’s a great sense of camaraderie—it’s a solid crew of guys working on staying mobile and injury-free.
Plus, the 7:30 AM start is the sweet spot: you’ll clear your mind and wake up your body before the school and work traffic even begins. Come as you are, leave feeling recharged.” -Bill Carver

Hannah is excited to be offering a new year Yoda Nidra session this Sunday, January 25, from 4-5:15. If you cannot commit to this Sunday, fret not! Yoga Nidra with Hannah is offered every 4th Sunday at the studio. Do come and find out what the practice is all about. It’s special. ♥️

In Hannah’s words:

I don’t make promises about what you might receive from Yoga Nidra. I am trusting of how I hold space and guide the series of techniques that may drop you into “Yoga Nidra” and yet it’s not my place to say what might reveal to you, through you. That being said, I believe that a certain magic happens when we commit to turning inward. When we choose to release our grip to the ever changing world and feel and sense what already is.

Expect spaciousness, softness, and the conditions through which you might just remember your true nature of being.
