I have a lot of people asking me which multi-vitamin I recommend.
The answer might surprise you!
And, as a reminder, "supplements" are supposed to be exactly that - a "supplement" to a well-rounded overall lifestyle.
This includes not just eating well, but also digesting well in order to RECEIVE the nutrition from our food.
It also includes making sure our food is sourced well so it includes not just good macro's (protein, fiber and fat). It also needs to be grown in a balanced environment so we can be assured that each bite is full of the vitamins and minerals (especially the trace minerals!) that we need.
Finally, it includes resonance.
What kind of environment or vibe are the people handling your food or products hanging out in? Do the people at the company love and believe in what they do? Do you resonate with the ingredients, philosophy, or taste of the product? Or are you taking it "because it's good for you"??
Like everything else, how we fuel, nourish and support our bodies is a call to pause, get into alignment, and choose from there.
