school in 2004 and completed 9 years postgraduate
training including Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Fellowship at the Henry Ford Hospital, Hand &
Microsurgery Fellowship at the world-renowned
Kleinert-Kutz Institute, and Pediatric Plastic Surgery
Fellowship at Primary Childrens Hospital in Salt Lake
City. He has been board certified in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery since 2014, and he served as Assistant Professor of Surgery at Michigan State University until 2011. Dr. Williams is an active member of multiple societies including American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and he is a Fellow in the American College
of Osteopathic Surgeons (ACOS). Dr. Williams delivers consistent, positive outcomes for his patients. He is also known for his genuine empathy and demonstrates an embracing, kind bedside manner. He has written many publications and delivered numerous presentations on various Plastic Surgery topics. About Us

At Peak Rejuvenation®, we focus on all aspects of rejuvenation. We offer a wide array of complementary programs including aesthetic surgery, skincare, laser rejuvenation, reconstructive surgery, hand surgery, hair transplants, hair removal and anti-aging medicine.

Kellie McCullough, RN, is an Aesthetician, Laser Technician, and Clinical Nurse. She has lived in Durango, CO since 1992. She graduated from Morrow State College of Georgia in 1987 with a Registered Nursing degree.

She has been working in the Plastic surgery and Aesthetic field of nursing for the past 8 years. She has years of experience assisting patients before and after surgical procedures, ensuring a fast recovery and a great experience in the office. She received her certification from Allergan in cosmetic injections in September of 2015 and completed advanced training in June 2016. She completed her ZO skin care training in 2016.

She is passionate about helping patients improve their skin and enhance appearance or obtain youthfulness. Your comfort and privacy are her main concerns. It is her desire that your experience is as pleasant and beneficial as possible.

In 2019, Kellie completed certification training at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. She provides laser treatment options of photorejuvenation, permanent hair removal, vascular lesions, facial and leg spider veins, nanofractional resurfacing, removal of sun spots, acne treatment, rosacea treatment, radiofrequency tightening, and scar correction. She provides consistent positive outcomes for her patients and is passionate about helping people achieve a rejuvenated appearance.

Jenna Black, RN, CANS, is a certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. Jenna specializes in both surgical and in-office laser treatments, Botox® and dermal fillers. She has been a part of the Durango community since 2004. After graduating from Fort Lewis College, she pursued a career in Nursing and has found a special love for helping people feel their best.

In 2017, Jenna attained credentialing as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), becoming one of 14 in the state of Colorado. Jenna’s experience in women’s health and aesthetic dermatology allows for her to bring a comprehensive and delicate plan of care to each one of her patients; taking pride in providing the safest, most up to date treatments and techniques.

When Jenna is not working with wavelengths and injectables, she can be found adventuring on mountain bike trails and enjoying time with her husband Beau. Continued education is a priority for her and is currently working towards her Bachelor’s of Nursing from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, planning to graduate in Spring of 2021. In 2015, Jenna and her husband chased their entrepreneurial dreams and opened Durango’s speakeasy, The Bookcase and Barber. She will be joining the team on the 1st of September!
