A few days ago I was told I am a "non-essential" worker, and to close my practice, by order of the Colorado Health Department.

I know how essential my work is.
Essential to the physical and mental health of my clients, and to myself, in knowing I add value to the health of my community.

I will continue to be essential, by staying home and resting my body, and tuning in to what will be needed in the time to come.

I want to thank my clients and community members who have reached out and offered support to my practice, knowing it may be a while before I am up and running again. THANKS A MILLLION!!!!!!
