IN-PERSON 7-week Healing Through Yoga series is coming...yahoo!!!
Classes will be on Mondays from 4:30-6:30 pm, starting October 7th. The series will be held at Fort Lewis College, in partnership with the Counseling Center.
ALL are welcome! This includes FLC students and community member.
This series is intended to provide individuals, who identify as trauma survivors, with a means of becoming reacquainted with their body, develop skills to support grounding in the present moment and deepen healing.
