Join Z of Colorado Street Medics and the Protest Defense Committee for a 2-hour training on basic health measures, legal support, and how to stay safe in a protest.

• Basic operational security
• Dressing for a protest
• Basic supplies
• Staying well
• Chemical weapons/police weapons
• Crowd safety/navigation

Construyendo Poder is a group of bilingual women committed to the mental and physical health of the community. They offer trauma-informed, culturally rooted mental health and body-based support to families of mixed status, monolingual Spanish speaking constituents; both in person and by phone, to help restore balance and safety.
