Pilates Instructor Opportunity – Supportive Studio & Existing Clients

The Opportunity:
Our main Pilates Instructor and manager, Ashley Moon, will be leaving Soma to have her second child and focus on motherhood. We are seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to fill her shoes (experience and/or certification in different modalities such as GYROTONIC, Yoga, Licensed Physical Therapists, Massage Therapy, etc. preferred). Ideally you live in Durango or are motivated to relocate. Durango is a popular mountain town that welcomes many new residents per year, so the ideal person is ambitious about building their own career and clientele with the help of our credible reputation and network. We are excited to welcome someone who is hungry to step into Ashely’s established schedule as well as expand our Pilates program.

Join us this summer for a Level 1 GYROTONIC® Teacher Training Program with Master Trainer Pascale Leonard.

We are excited to announce our studio's first comprehensive GYROTONIC® Teacher Training Program for 2024. Over the course of two weeks, students will immerse themselves into the fundamentals of GYROTONIC®.

This training is for you if you want to become a certified GYROTONIC® instructor or just want to deepen your personal practice.

Foundation Course July 18-30

Hi Moms! We are now offering post-natal Pilates classes. As mothers ourselves, we enjoy supporting you as you repair, restore, and reenergize your body after birth. You can expect small classes, personal attention, and a commitment to whole body healing. Focus is on toning your pelvic floor, abdominal, and back muscles while using breath to gain stronger awareness and connection to your body.
