Lotus Path Healing Arts Kathryn has over 26 years of experience offering a holistic approach to healing and alignment.

Kathryn is a twice certified yoga and meditation instructor who has been teaching and practicing for 26 years. In 1997, she received her massage therapist certification from the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing in Los Angeles, CA. She is an intuitive healer who uses a wide variety of holisitic modalities with an emphasis on the body-mind connection. She is also a Level 4 Acutonics Sound Therapy Practitioner through the Kairos Institute in Taos, NM and a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner through the Sonya Sophia School Of Living Arts. Combining her knowledge of anatomy, mindfulness, therapeutic stretching, breath work and the power of frequency Kathryn offers a unique, comprehensive healing experience that creates alignment of ones body, mind and spirit.

New Fall Offering!
Gentle Yoga Flow Class at Yoga Durango:
Starting September 3rd through October 1st, I will be leading a gentle yoga flow class every Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 7:15 PM at Yoga Durango. This class is designed to help you unwind, ground yourself, and honor your body. I would love for you to join me on the mat as we move together in this soothing practice.
