Today is 🍫Cacao Day🍫 at Sarvaa Headquarters!

We’ve been celebrating cacao by enjoying our artisan Hawaiian Chocolate bars, Cacao Plus, Conscious Cacao and this amazing greens and cacao cake from

The cake is made with almond flour, unsweetened coconut shreds, green apple, spinach, Sarvaa SupraGreens, coconut oil, lime juice and apple, maple, baking soda and cider vinegar.

Here is the recipe for the creamy cacao frosting:
200 g (1½ C) Cashews, soaked & rinsed
120 ml (½ C) Maple Syrup
23 g (¼ C) Cacao Powder
23 g (1 ½ T) Cacao Nibs
5 ml (1 t). Lemon Juice
150 ml (½ C+3T) Coconut Oil - melted
*Optional, add a dash of sea salt and/or vanilla bean.

Soak cashews in salted water for 2 hours or overnight then rinse and drain. Set aside the melted coconut oil. Blend all other ingredients until smooth. Add coconut oil and blend smoothly for frosting consistency. Pour over cake or chill to frost with spatula.
