Food for Thought
Life is Ying and yang.
One does not exist without the other.
If you can reside in the middleā¦
Then there is
No Good or bad
No light or dark
This is the place from which we grow and transform.
How can we get to a place, in the middle, where we experience restful awareness?
Build your resilience.!!
Resilience helps us move through perceived suffering, which happens mostly in the mind
Change your mind!!!!
If all were as we wanted it to be, it would be no:
No Reason
No Motivation,
No incentive
To find a way to move upward onward and inward.
This uncomfortableness, friction, or that which makes us feel in discord or out of place
Is nearly a way to help us WAKE up.
You are the creator of your reality!
CREATEā¦..
ļæ¼ life is good!
In the midst of your challenges, if you reside constantly in your mind, and not in the PRESENT
You will create that which is in your mind, you will create the feelings, emotions of that which is in your mind.
And you will regurgitate these feelings these emotions over and over.
LISTEN!
The best medicine is Gratitude!!!
Cultivate silence in your mind by repeating gratitudes, until you are present in the now. Occupy your mind with those things you are grateful for, over and over !
Feel that,
And you will feel a deeper level of stones and equanimity and body and mind.ļæ¼
