Medspa Assistant/Receptionist
Part Time: 20 hours/week

This role is all about doing whatever is needed day to day to keep the medspa running smoothly. No two days look exactly the same. You’ll float between the front desk, back office, and treatment rooms to support patients, providers, and the team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities could include
• Greet patients, check them in and out, and keep the front desk running smoothly
• Answer phones, texts, and emails; help schedule and confirm appointments
• Collect payments and assist with retail or service questions
• Keep the lobby, front desk, and common areas clean and presentable
• Help set up and break down treatment rooms between patients
• Restock rooms, linens, and supplies throughout the day
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Help with paperwork, consents, and general clerical tasks
• Run small errands and handle last-minute needs as they come up
• Support providers and staff by anticipating what’s needed next
• Jump in wherever help is needed — patient flow always comes first

The Reality of the Role
This is not a desk-only job. You’ll be moving, helping, cleaning, setting up, and problem-solving throughout the day. If something needs to be done, you step in and help.
