One of the biggest problems that people bring to my health and nutrition business is the issue of lack of energy. Millions and millions of people suffer from a whole host of chronic fatigue symptoms.

Bruce Lee (as far as I know) had zero energy problemsā€¦ in fact quite the opposite, those who knew him say he was flooded with super high octane energy.

Was it his diet, or the supplements he took, well yes, partlyā€¦ but itā€™s also known now that our main energy source, called mitochondria, turn energy production off when they feel a stressed environment around them.

Bruce, I believe, possessed high energy levels largely as a result of his highly positive motivation, his self belief, and his intense drive. He was, according to his daughter, a ā€œunified total beingā€.

Keep in mind that inner stress will negate all of the positive actions like a good diet, exercise, supplements etc.

To boost your energy, relax, flow and adaptā€¦ donā€™t take life seriously, laugh, have fun, AND, like Bruce, be dedicated and passionate about your goals and aims.
