We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical office, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of patient care and administrative efficiency.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical office, including supervising staff, scheduling appointments, and overseeing patient flow.
-Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including guidelines.
-Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to optimize patient care delivery and streamline processes.
-Utilize CGM/EMD's Solution Series or similar software for electronic health records management.
-Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
-Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
-Implement/enforce policies and procedures to enhance office efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Medical Office Management or management setting, with a strong background in the medical field and excellent interpersonal communications.
-Knowledge of medical billing practices and understanding of insurance processes.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Certification in management or related fields is a plus.
